Telling a story with only shots

Shots to represent a daughter announcing her engagement with only stills to get the message across with no sounds, movement, or text. My group and I chose the shocking news to be an engagement as shown in the short clip attatched and added a black and white affect to not only make it more obvious to the viewer that the news was shocking but also to link it to the theme of a silent movie. We were set this task in response to a class activity which involved piecing together shots from a scene in E.T. in order to see how easy it was to establish a storyline from just shots.
